Jennifer Andrews
“Whose Bridges and What Barriers? Reading Canada Through American Eyes”

Professor Jennifer Andrews is Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and Professor of English at Dalhousie University.
Her teaching interests include Canadian and American literature in English, Indigenous literatures of Turtle Island, literary theory, and cultural studies.
She is the author of three monographs that deal with Canada-US relations: her third book, titled Canada Through American Eyes: Literature and Canadian Exceptionalism, is forthcoming from Palgrave Macmillan.
